October Meal Plan

We celebrate seafood all year long, but October gives us a big reason to sing seafood’s praises even more. It’s National Seafood Month! While seafood should be served and enjoyed year-round, National Seafood Month is the perfect time to add a few extra fish and shellfish dishes to your menu. In fact, you should be eating 2-3 servings of seafood each week to reap the numerous health benefits. For our October meal plan, we rounded up a handful of recipes that pair fish and shellfish with seasonal flavors and ingredients, like pumpkin, mushrooms and squash. Our mouths are already watering!
