Happy April, seafoodies!
We are so excited about the fresh seafood flavors of spring! Many of you will be celebrating Easter or Passover this month and focusing on family and food! It’s so special when you can get into the kitchen and turn out celebratory meals that will help create memories. We’ve put together an April meal plan that includes fresh ingredients with seafood as the star. And these seafood recipes for Passover and Easter come together so very quickly!
We think you’ll love these ideas and also feel good knowing that eating a variety of seafood can improve your health! One of the recipes in the meal plan features rainbow trout. If you aren’t very familiar with trout, some varieties that we eat may have been raised in the pure Patagonian lakes of Chile, the crystal-clear waters of Lake Titicaca in the Andes, or the Snake River in Idaho.
