July Meal Plan

Happy July, seafoodies! With summer produce in abundance, we hope you’re feeling inspired by all the goodness at the Farmer’s Market and grocery store. We certainly are! And, we’ve been busy trying recipes that pair this season’s most-delicious fruits and veggies with our seafood favorites, just to share a few new meal ideas with you.

First things first: Go ahead and kick-start your month with a superfood-studded lunch, like Domestic Gothess’s Quinoa, Lentil, Kale and Feta Salad with Salmon. The flavor from the fresh fish really shines in this dish, thanks to the tart, lemony dressing. As always, you can easily switch out the veggies, depending on what looks good this week. Lunch never tasted so delicious!

This month, we’re also loving The Endless Meal’s Thai-inspired take on a brunchtime classic. One bite of the Coconut Shrimp Eggs Benedict and you’re transported to a vacation state of mind. We love that the shrimp is baked – so fast to prepare and bathing-suit friendly. A true winner in our book!

Planning a camping getaway before the kids head back to school? Don’t forget to prep a few of Betty Crocker’s Mediterranean-inspired Tilapia Foil Packets to bring along on your adventure. No mess. No stress. No brainer.
