June Meal Plan

Happy June, seafoodies!

This month, we’re looking forward to basking in the sweet summer sunshine and filling our menus with new takes on seafood staples!

For a seasonal treat, take your taste buds on an adventure to Cape Cod with s satisfyingly scrumptious Lobster Roll Bruschetta. Between the buttery lobster and the fresh veggies, these toast toppings will have you dreaming of your next East Coast vacation. If you prefer a Cali-style seafood dish, you’ll adore spin on the classic fish taco. We aren’t kidding when we say we’ll be making their Blueberry Pineapple Slaw all summer long – it has just the right amount of sweet, sour and salt!

And, since summer is all about fun and finger foods, we’ve found our newest summertime snacking obsession: Tuna Salad Pickle Boats. If you’re watching your sodium, choose low-sodium pickles or try cucumbers in place of pickles.

We hope this month’s meal plan inspires you to mix up your menu with some new seafood selections! Be sure to let us know which of these dishes makes it onto your summertime hot list.
