March Meal Plan: Fish Fridays Made Easy

Spring is right around the corner, seafoodies!

It’s March and hopefully, you are starting to see some happy little daffodils pop up! We are also in the season of “Lent” where many Americans practice the tradition of “Fish Fridays” leading up to Easter Sunday on April 12. That means you’ll find a lot more seafood specials in the grocery store this time of year – so take advantage and stock up on seafood!  Here at Dish on Fish, our March meal plan is alive with a tempting variety of nutritious and delicious seafood samplings perfectly suited for spring. We are craving “fresh” and have rounded up some Fish Friday Recipes you (and your family) are going to love.

So, let’s go grocery shopping because this is a great month to get to know your fishmonger. Every fish has a story and these seafood experts can give you a ton of tips.
