March Monthly Meal Plan

The changing of season from winter to spring is an exciting time. The weather warms up and bright colors start to pop up everywhere: outside, in stores, and even in our kitchens and on restaurant menus! The rising temperatures will have us itching to spend more time eating alfresco and enjoying light and fresh meals that feature colorful spring ingredients. In the winter, we like to curl up with a hearty, warm chowder, but come springtime we’re ready for light salmon salads and grilled shrimp skewers. As you start to store away those winter clothes, here’s a seafood meal plan  that will have you craving warmer days and fresh ingredients.
