October Meal Plan

Happy October, seafoodies. It’s officially our favorite month of the entire year. Why October, you ask? Because it’s National Seafood Month! Obviously, we spend all year celebrating the amazing taste and healthful benefits of seafood, but it just feels extra-special during this particular month. With National Seafood Month in mind, we’ve rounded up a wide variety of fish, shellfish and seafood recipes for you to celebrate with!

Start your month with our meal prep-friendly Easy Crab & Egg Muffins. You may call us biased, but we think this recipe is fantastic! Not only can you prep these muffins in advance, they also are a great source of protein that help you get going and stay strong all morning long.

Next up, we recommend trying Nourish and Fete’s delicious Rosemary Garlic Sheet-Pan Salmon. Now, it’s no secret that we love sheet-pan meals for their ease of preparation and quick cleanup, but we especially favor this one because we think the delicious herb-flavored crust on the salmon adds a little somethin’ somethin’ to your average weeknight meal.

For all of you (seafood) lovers out there, try Fork in the Kitchen’s scrumptious scallops paired with an oh-so-creamy and oh-so-dreamy Parmesan risotto. This delectable dish is sure to win the heart (and stomach) of that special someone in your life.

As always, we hope you enjoy our October seafood selections!
