How are you holding up? We are thinking of you all the time and hope everyone is healthy and safe. Now that it’s April and we are still staying home to help keep our families and communities safe – we definitely need some fresh seafood meal ideas!
At Dish on Fish, we find ourselves cooking more (along with take-out orders to support our local seafood restaurants). Our April Meal Plan provides some easy seafood recipes chosen to inspire you with fabulous (but fuss-free) seafood recipes that are also packed with vitamins and nutrients. Since seafood also provides a boost to your immune system, we think it’s really important right now to follow the Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommendation to eat 2-3 servings of seafood per week.
This month, our meal plan includes options for a small family brunch (perfect for Easter and Passover), easy lunches for working and learning from home and some special dinner recipes – all featuring shelf-stable and frozen seafood.
With everything else going on, a delicious meal is something to look forward to. If your family loves seafood, these recipes deliver with seafood staples and flavors that are spring-fresh.
Now, let’s spring into the kitchen! We are going to keep cooking!
