Oh, my “gourd”! We can’t believe October has almost come to an end, but we’re seriously loving all the delicious fall produce the month brought with it. From pumpkins to squash to sweet potatoes, trips to the grocery store and farmers markets have been full of fall colors as of late.

In addition to bringing vibrancy into the kitchen, each of these veggies delivers a handful of healthful benefits.
