Here at Dish on Fish, we love celebrating #TacoTuesday!
Right now, tacos are the perfect satisfying food for both lunch and dinner. Kids (small and big) love them. They are easy to get on the table with little fuss. And you can serve family-style so everyone can customize. So, jump on the taco train because we’re about to turn every day into a seafood taco extravaganza.
Worried about repetition? Don’t be! From plump shrimp to blackened salmon—plus tilapia, cod, Wild Alaska Pollock, halibut, haddock and tuna—each night of the week can be a whole new nutrient-packed creation. Seafood tacos are a smart idea when you want to fuel the family with a nutrient-packed protein. While the protein section of the store might be a little slim right now, seafood tends to be more available.
So, grab yourself some margaritas or mocktails, because we’ve got five taco recipes you’re going to want to make this week.
Monday: Grilled Shrimp Tacos
Starting off our week (and our lineup) is the fan-favorite shrimp tacos. Shrimp is a no-brainer for tacos because it has an awesome bite, sweet taste and is a great source of lean protein. Rice and guacamole optional.

Tuesday: Blackened Salmon Tacos
Salmon, the truly decadent superfood, is a must-try for your next taco fix! The key to perfecting the salmon taco is to create a crispy layer of blackened seasoning. For elevated taste and nutrition, pair salmon with avocado to supply your body with a boatload of healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Wednesday: Shrimp Taco Bites with Cilantro Cream Sauce
While variety is the spice of life, there’s an especially important reason why shrimp makes our list twice—shrimp is just so versatile! This recipe makes bite-sized hors d’oeuvres, perfect for a family game night.

Thursday: Air Fryer Fish Tacos
There are so many reasons to fall in love with an air fryer: the convenience, easy cleanup and taste! These air fryer fish tacos use gluten-free panko crumbs for a crispy and nutty flavor, which compliment your white fish of choice perfectly (options include cod, tilapia, halibut, mahi, haddock or Wild Alaska Pollock). Plus, this recipe saves on calories and saturated fat since it’s made in the Air Fryer and not fried on the stove.

Friday: Grilled Fish Tacos with Pineapple Salsa and Chile Mayo
Get ready to light up the grill, because this taco recipe calls for a lightly charred piece of white fish, like halibut, mahi or tuna. Pair with some sweet pineapple salsa, and you’ll instantly be transported to summer.
