Seacuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces seafood dip, like our Smoked Salmon Dip, Smoked Trout Dip or Spicy Clam Dip
  • 12 cans tinned fish in oil, like light or albacore tuna, salmon or sardines
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 46 ounces mixed cheeses, such as 2-3 ounces cubed cheddar cheese and 2-3 ounces wedge of soft Brie 
  • 24 hard-boiled eggs, thinly sliced
  • 2 mini cucumbers, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2 radishes, ends cut off and thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges
  • ½ cup fresh fruit, like grapes, berries or apple slices
  • ¼ cup capers
  • Mini bagels, crusty bread loaf, whole grain or seed crackers or bagel chips, for dipping
  • Fresh herbs and seasonings, like fresh dill, chives, parsley or Everything seasoning
  • Extra garnish and toppings, like olives, nuts or pickled onions

Instructions

  1. Select a serving tray or cutting board large enough to hold all ingredients. 
  2. Place dip in small bowl. Open tinned fish cans. Place capers and any herbs/seasonings in small bowl(s). Set bowls and tins on board with space in between.
  3. Place the remaining seafood ingredients on the board. Fill in gaps with other ingredients. 
  4. Serve immediately, along with small forks and/or knives to scoop food. Enjoy!
