About Dish on Fish

Welcome to Dish on Fish, a blog where you can come to bookmark new seafood recipes and learn relevant, relatable and easy-to-understand health and nutrition information about seafood. Seafood is a vital part of a healthy diet. In fact, the US Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends at least two servings per week, and Dish on Fish can help you do just that. Join us often, and happy eating (because there are so many varieties of seafood available to prepare at home or enjoy in restaurants)!

Dish on Fish is an initiative sponsored by the National Fisheries Institute to encourage Americans to eat seafood at least twice a week, as recommended by the US Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
