Salutations, Seafoodies!
After a bustling week, weekends are a precious opportunity to slow down, breathe and reconnect with what truly matters. If you ask us, one of the best (and most delicious) ways to celebrate these moments of pause is with a leisurely brunch!
In honor of savoring each bite and making every weekend meal count—we’re excited to share a recipe that embodies all the things we love about lazy mornings: our luxurious Cast-Iron Smoked Salmon Hash.
This is more than just a recipe—it’s an invitation to slow down, gather around the table and create memories. There’s no need to rush out the door or check your email. Instead, you’re treating yourself and your loved ones to a meal that’s both comforting and indulgent.
Whether served family-style or on a breakfast tray, the smoky salmon tossed with crisp potatoes, aromatic vegetables and briny capers—makes for a colorful and hearty plate that will add to your weekend plans (even if they are going back to sleep!). Bring everything together with a zesty dressing of Greek yogurt, lemon and mustard for a plate of 35-minute-to-make comfort food with a gourmet twist!
Plus, using a cast-iron skillet (which we love for seafood recipes!) means you’ve got a one-pan, stove-to-table meal. Less time cleaning up equals more time savoring every weekend moment.
But the best part? This brunch option is actually packed with health benefits. Salmon is rich in satisfying protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which help curb appetite, fight chronic inflammation and support overall well-being.
It’s the perfect way to fuel up for a day of autumn activities, whether you’re heading out for a nature walk or cozying up with a good book.
So there you have it – your new go-to recipe for those lazy November weekends. On the Seafoodie scale, this dish gets our highest rating: an absolute must-try!
