Summer is in full swing, and this Sunday we are craving fresh salads full of seafood. During this time of year, we are always craving something light and fresh, but always full of flavor. Salads loaded with leafy greens, vibrant veggies and seafood proteins keep you feeling fuller longer. They’re also a great way to meet Dietary Guidelines recommendations for nutrient-rich vegetables and seafood, both food groups Americans consume too little of.
