June Meal Plan – A Filling Father’s Day

Happy June, Seafoodies!

Let’s celebrate the Family Grill Master AKA the Head Honcho AKA “Dad” with a June Meal Plan that’s an ode to fathers everywhere—and the start of enjoying seafood al fresco all summer long! Father’s Day is June 21 so bookmark these recipes because they are fit for a king, but feel free to begin enjoying today.

We’ve got a lot of great ideas on tap for Dad. How about treating him to a breakfast starring delicious crab muffins? Or, surprise him with a lunchtime Lobster BLT? For dinner, fire up the grill for a family BBQ featuring Mahi-Mahi, Wild Alaska Pollock or Tuna skewers. Dad clearly deserves the best and that’s tasty, healthy seafood. Plus, you’ll help Dad get in a heart-healthy serving of seafood in. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends eating 2-3 seafood meals a week. That’s easy to accomplish when there is an abundance and variety of seafood available across the country!
